There are several reasons why I love this book and would recommend it to other readers:1. The writing style is compatible with all levels of readers. Less advanced readers will understand and enjoy without feeling intimidated by the condescending style of most authors. On the other hand, "Hugo Read This!" is laden with such rich societal messages, themes, and symbolism that advanced readers can analyze and sink their teeth into. 2. It's nearly impossible to put down. The story line is fast-paced with short chapters that always leave the reader wanting more. Swarrow doesn't get caught up in the boring and unnecessary details that usually cause readers to count how many pages are left until the end of the chapter. The plot is thought out and absent of filler, every detail progresses the plot in a series of shocking twists. 3. It is an entertaining read which is, let's face it, essential for recreational readers. The length of the book is short, it is a quick and easy read, and the suspense keeps your hooked until the last page. The book does not take long to read, but I can guarantee this is not the kind of book you will only read once. The second time reading, after you are aware of all the novel's twist and turns, is just as (if not more) enjoyable as the first. Swarrow's use of foreshadowing and character development is simply riveting.

Going into this book, I was a little worried because football is not my forte. However, I was pleasantly surprised that you don’t have to know the game to enjoy this book. Brandon Swarrow’s ‘Hugo Read This’ takes you into a celebrity’s world, through shallow and destructive behavior and into the painful choices and events that evoke chaos in one man’s world. There are unexpected twists and turns, many of which make you wonder which character is worthy of sympathy…and which one gets what they deserve. Or do they all? Check out this book and you will find yourself realizing just how close this fiction book takes you past the harsh reality of real life.

Swarrow created a thought provoking story line that creates mind chaos and teaches a lesson. I kept guessing. Parts of the book were vivid yet disturbing due to the wonderful word usage and decriptions by the author. I will be looking for more titles by this author.

"When someone has it all, why does a tyrannous, persistent desire to obtain more continue to exist?"The book ends with this quote, very telling when you consider all of those celebrities that died far too young at the age of 27.

I really enjoyed this book. I read through the whole thing never knowing what to expect next, which is what I like. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys thrillers, and suspense filled books. One of my favorites I have ever read.

Raises the question; Why does our society not only tolerate arrogance, but people worship the haughty...Awesome - Should be a movie
