Filled with suspense and mystery, this was a good book.Tanner had stalked, terrorized, kidnapped and beaten Violet Sumner. He's been locked away and Violet is just trying to get her life back together. She also has her estranged and wealthy grandmother trying to become a part of her life. Yet again Violet becomes a victim of someone's attention. The threats are real. The mystery of who and why hangs thick throughout the story. This is a sequel book but can be read as a stand alone.

I wasn't really a fan of this sequel. I was left with the impression the author HAD to write a book 2 and didn't really have a new idea for it, so it was pretty much a repeat of the book 1. I'm giving this story 3 stars though because I didn't read the entire story, I did more of a skip through (if that makes sense). Perhaps it was because this was too similar to book 1 that it didn't hold my attention (I mean I had this up and waiting for me to read on my laptop for over a month with me reading a little at a time). Questions/Comments for the parts that I actually did read:After the "GPS" person (Andy) calls Violet and she freaks out thinking bad things are about to happen like in book 1, why did she think getting a new phone and not just a new number would be a good thing? Does she want the GPS person to keep calling her? EDIT: Strangely, later on in the story Violet comments about having already changed her number and still getting the calls. HUH?Correct spelling: "y’anno," wouldn't it be "ya know?"Why did Violet seem so adamant that no one from Binky's staff was calling her?
