BASICSLove triangle? (view spoiler)[No. (hide spoiler)]Cheating? (view spoiler)[ No.(hide spoiler)]HEA? (view spoiler)[ YES.(hide spoiler)]Any Descriptive Sex w/OW/OM/Ex? (view spoiler)[Yes but it didn't bother me too much. In the scene H is only using OW to take care of his needs, so there are no emotions involved on his side. (hide spoiler)]Would I read more by this author/or in this series? Maybe, but not for now. Rating: -5 starsReview also on Amazon.ReviewWow, now I know what the fuss was all about. I can't believe just how good this story is and me giving it 5 stars, feels like ages since I've done that. Duke is really a must read! It all starts with Nicole being given to the Fallen Motorcycle Club as collateral, since her sorry excuse of a father pushed into his mess yet again. Waiting for her father to pay his debt, she starts helping out in the club, first as a bartender and latter on also as a fantastic cook. Of course, while she's there she meets Duke, who is the VP for Fallen MC. Soon the sparks fly and their chemistry cannot be denied any longer. What I absolutely loved about Duke is that we can see how his obsession and protection for Nicole starts to grow and at a fast speed, too. In just a matter of days he's completelly over the moon for her. Also, he really tries to keep his promises and be everything she needs. Not to mention his caveman-like behaviour when Nicole is (view spoiler)[pregnant and after getting their triplets (hide spoiler)]. And as for Nicole, my heart hurt for her. From her horrible father, the crazy jealous club bitches and the rival MC the girl really doesn't has it easy. I'm so glad she's found someone as great and worthy of her love as Duke and his (her) family at Fallen MC.The secondary characters are also amazing and I can't wait to read their stories. For such a short read, Duke has it all. The action, angst, romance, betrayal, loyalty and an amazing epilogue. Duke is trully a read worth reading. :DSafety-gang:(view spoiler)[ Once H/h get together it's completely safe. At the begining there's a descriptive scene with H getting a BJ from a club whore, who thinks she will be his old lady. Latter she becomes utterly crazy because of H's constant rejections and almost beats h to death(with the help of other club bitches). Aside from that there is some mild friendly flirtation from OM in the club. Also, the use of condoms between H/h was I think non-existent and H mentiones that he didn't always used them in the past. Both H/h had a fulfilling sex life before meeting each other.(hide spoiler)]

This was a pretty sweet story. Hero falls hard and is both possessive and sweet. You get to see them after they get together. Typical club drama, some shocking family drama. Really liked the heroine. I enjoyed the book, it was just not a great book. Sweet epilogue. Safety gang spoiler(view spoiler)[Typical club whores causing drama. They get their own though. Heroine is not bothered by the club sluts. She puts them in their place.Short scene of Hero betting a BJ from a club whore the first night the heroine is there. They have not met, but he saw her walk across the room. He thought she was gorgeous. He really does not like the club slut and does not treat her well, at all. The scene did not really bother me and believe it or not it helps with the future drama because you see how little he thinks of her in a private setting. Babies - I love getting to see the pregnancy and birth and here you do! (hide spoiler)]

For Nicole, half of her life has been her being held as collateral for her father. No matter what, Nicole has maintained a relationship with him believing he honestly cared in some way. Now she has been kidnapped and is collateral for the Fallen MC. Nicole knows to keep her nose clean, do what work they need, and hope her father gets her out of their quick. Duke is the VP of the MC and something about Nicole is driving him crazy. She is a beauty, but sleeping with her could cause some problems. Nicole knows important details about a rival MC that need information on and Nicole doesn't come across as an easy lay. If he haves her for one night, he will have to make it clear she is not open game. However, Duke quickly realizes one night is not enough and he doesn't believe he will ever be able to get her out of his system. Loved loved loved it. Duke is yummy, he is arrogant, bossy, and once he decides Nicole is his it is explosive. Nicole is a survivor, she handles what comes her way but you can also sense her fear. Exceptional read, if a MC lover this is a reread keeper.

I really liked it! The romance was sweet, and hero was crazy over h. She was strong and good too, and handled the life well.Even though it had some of unsafe stuff, it didn't take away my enjoyment. Loved the pregnancy and babies, and really it was low angst. Seriously can't wait for the next book!!!Triggers(view spoiler)[ h was beaten up by club whores really badly. Then the whole club, each guy hit the women(those who hurt h really badly) and to be honest I wasn't that comfortable with it. They did an awful thing and should have known better than mess with a club, but still. It helped that they did mentioned that usually they were never violent with women.(hide spoiler)]Safety gang: (view spoiler)[He used to be a man-whore, but not much is mentioned about his past. He had a BJ in the beginning of the book, but honestly it was handled well. It wasn't even about the woman for him, and it was quick. There were times when he didn't use condoms. No pushing away. She had good sexual experiences and mentioned how she did like sex like the next person. Some OW drama done by club whore who thought she had some kind of claim on hero(even though he never promised her that) (hide spoiler)]

It was an ok biker book. There wasn't an emotional connection between Duke and the heroine. He sees her, and thinks she's hot. She sees him and thinks he's hot. They get together right away. I also didn't like how the members belittled the club "sluts" even though they were banging them all the time and calling them skanks. If they're skanks, then so are all of you.I don't see how it is possible to SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT be pregnant with triplets naturally (I realize this happens without in vitro fertilization, but it's rare) and then vaginally deliver all 3 triplets by yourself, before anyone can call the ambulance and have the ambulance get there. So she delivered 3 babies in less than 15 minutes? I'm guessing on the time. I'll probably check out the Musketeers' book when it's released (how do 3 bisexual bikers handle things?) just because I'm curious.

This was actually a really really good read!!I didn't know what to expect since the last few MC books I have read have scored a 2-3 from me, so this was definitely a surprise!I loved both the heroine and hero, another surprise.Nicole's dad is a eff up! A huge eff up!! He has been putting his daughter Nicole in danger too many times, he is some go to guy for MC's and each time he effs up and doesn't pay up Nicole becomes collateral. This time though things a bit different, the MC isn't so bad, and the VP "Duke" is hot, alpha and a badass.Once Duke sees Nicole she is HIS! No ifs, and whats about it!And once he claimed her there is no back for Nicole, but then daddy dearest comes to rescue six months too late..Have I mentioned that I really really loved it?SO worth it!Recommend? Heck yes!Nicole:Duke:

WARNING: Some spoilers are revealed*****In whole honesty, I am still scratching my head on deliberation HOW TO RATE THIS BOOK? At the beginning, I was all for 2 stars prior to my personal "triggers" that, unfortunately occurred in the plot and I was not that impressed: 1.There was a scene with OW giving the Hero a bj at the very beginning of the book where heroine actually have not seen/known the Hero at the time, although the Hero have seen the heroine for like few seconds already! Everyone on GR knows "I DON'T LIKE THAT KIND OF THING" but, the scene was not descriptive and lasted very quickly and plus they did not know each other at the time, never spoke a word, so the heck I went further "with caution; but I still don't appreciate that kind of plot device."2. LETS BE CLEAR! I do not encourage violence of any kind, although I am expected to be subjected to that in this kind of romance book! I was not ok with all the club slut extreme beating of the heroine and all the club members beating revenge on them! YES heroine was beaten to unconscious and the men were angry with the club sluts and hit them as a punishement...but man why the author had to put that plot device enhancing violence against women and women against another woman? there are other "plot devices" connected with MC lifestyle that could easily satisfy the reader, but the author had to take the most predictable one and reduce the men less of a Heroes? 3. Some of the situations and characters actions were just out unrealistic ones! For instance...heroine was beaten up so badly losing consciousness and "AFTER A WEEK" her bruises nearly gone? Not mentioning the fact she was ready to have sex with the Hero after a week too? After that kind of trauma...you don't just miraculously heal and all is ok and fine to have sex?OK, all the unfavorable occurrences are out of my chest, now I can put a big smile on my face! lets begin with heroine: I really appreciated the author for making her "equally experienced sexually" If you want to pair the heroine with the equally experienced man! This is the best way to do! No virgin heroines please! Yeah I liked that a lot, and the fact she still had an innocence to her that made her very likable as a character! She was sassy and hold her own although in some moments I was like..WHAT? Moving on to the Hero, I was really taken by surprised with Duke! That scene with OW at the beginning was the only thing that happened as far as the "OW" is concerned! He was fiercely faithful and possessive and jealous over his brothers! YES There was an insta-love but it fitted somehow here! You cannot point anything at Duke when it comes to "heroes best attributes" Simply, he fitted the perfect picture of a loving, caring, immensely protective and crazy in love Hero! “Baby, you’re gonna be the best mama a baby could ask for.”You’ve made me a lucky bastard, baby, and I’ll spend the rest of my life loving you….. You’ve made my life worth living.”I can say without a doubt Duke loves her unconditionally and he would do anything for her and their babies (view spoiler)[They got identical triple babies! WOW! (hide spoiler)] His reaction to the news of him being a father went straight to my heart! I have never heard of any Hero from a MC romance book to have that kind of reaction! Its something very rare! He even created bands for each baby, made to go around the wrist or ankle of the babies and was branded with the first initial of the names they’d agreed on.That's some really sweet daddy move here and I loved it! He never though less of the heroine when she was pregnant and wanted her in the same degree as before thinking "she even got more beautiful with pregnancy." He cried for her when she was beaten up and cried when their babies were born...HOW CAN YOU NOT LOVE THIS Hero? Put it kindly his love shines through on every page! Safe Gang: (view spoiler)[As mentioned earlier, Hero was a manwhore and had a bj with OW after seeing heroine for the first time. The heroine was sexually experienced and had not slept with anyone for nine months! Some references of the Heroes sexual stuff from club sluts, but not too overbearing to feel "a turn off" It was known that many of the club sluts said things that were not truth to spite on the heroine. Both H/h were faithful to one another...I had never doubted Duke or Nicole for a second they would stray! This wasn't bad although there was nothing new, I've read this sort of plot so many times. That said, I liked both characters, loved that the h had no TSTL moments and the H was a hot alpha male. What boggled my mind was that they (view spoiler)[had sex together within a day of meeting WITHOUT a condom! W.T.F??? I hate reading this plot line, especially as he is a member of a M/C club and is the ultimate man whore. Ewww. She is from the M/C club lifestyle so knows the score yet they get so carried away they "forget" to use a condom, just to bring in the pregnancy line. No. Just effing no! I get the casual sex, that it's part of the M/C lifestyle but for God's sake put a glove on it!! (hide spoiler)]The book could have been hugely improved with an edit. It wasn't good, and detracted from my reading enjoyment. When your and you're are not used correctly it does my head in. It's basic grammar..... YOU'RE is a contraction of you are. If you cannot expand it to you are in your sentence, then it is wrong. YOUR, on the other hand, sits before another word (usually a noun or a pronoun) to show that it belongs to "you" (e.g., your car, your arm). 2.5 stars which would have been 3.5 with tighter editing and writing.

2.75 RATING-Once again, I'm in the minority here but this was just okay for me. There was much more potential but unfortunately the book failed to deliver. Poor editing didn't help. I'm not a stickler when it comes to grammer and errors but too many mistakes become distracting. I think this could have been a stronger guilty pleasure read with a little editing and cleaning up. Still, I am tempted to read the next book in the series. A MC/Biker Triad in search of a fourth? Did they find her in the damsel they resuce? Can we expect a MMMF menage next? Should be interesting. Hopefully, the next book is cleaned up a little bit.Note: At the time this review was posted, this book was available to borrow through Amazon's Kindle Unlimited program. To see other books available to borrow through Kindle Unlimited or SCRIBD, check out the Subscription Addiction grouphttps://www.goodreads.com/group/show/...

4 starsI really didn't expect to like this book as much as I did. It started out great then it got a bit slow and then it picked up again and the last 15% or so was kinda cray but it finished on a high for me. There was one or two wtf moments but overall an enjoyable read. The main characters were likeable and the supporting characters were awesome - I'm hoping we get to see Slam, Razor and the Musketeers feature in their own books. Actually, I also wouldn't mind the triplets Anarchy, Justice & Riot getting their own spin-off series :) there were a few editing issues but it didn't bug me. No cheating. Standalone.

May Contain Spoilers!!!This was an ok read . For a biker book it wasn't too bad. Duke and Nicole were good together! I loved how possessive and alpha Duke was. Nicole was great too she can definitely hold her own! Loved the babies and epilogue:)safety: H has a scene with a club slut who is giving him a bj! It's not too detailed. At this point he hasn't met h just seen her walk through the club quickly. That's it though. Some other woman drama. OW trys to make trouble and hurts h (physically) but that is resolved. This is the same girl who gave him a bj and has had sex with H and other bikers in the past.H doesn't believe anything she says and gives her what she deserves. h seemed like she had a healthy sex life before. nothing is detailed. H of course was a manwhore. H has mention he has had sex before with no condom.which for me is nasty!!!!! especially if it was with the club sluts!

This was a surprising hit for me. I picked it up not expecting much and ended up really enjoying it.It was about Nicole whose ahole father uses her as collateral for a debt owed to the Fallen MC club. While at the club she meets the club VP Duke. They feel the instant attraction and fall for each other. There is OW drama with a club chick and some drama with another club and the heroines father too. It is low angst and leans toward more insta love theme. I feel this is one that is more biker lite so the drama is kept to a minimum. But for me it was a overall enjoyable read.

I really liked this one, Duke was awesome and live the club and also liked Nicole and how strong she was..image:BUT!!!image:the writing style wasn't for me.. too descriptive and little dialogs.. also why you won't leave your father when he puts you in the same situation again ageing and again, I mean you promised it to yourself and your mom but damn girl... so it was okay and maybe I'm going to read next one...

Damn, I first have to rage. Because f***. Nicoles father is a piece of s***. Do those things to her when she was a little is bad enough, but then go and do THAT. And then AGAIN! OMFG! Argh. Someone just give me a gun, I'm going to kill, that son of a b***h after I beat him to death. But lets go to the begining.Nicole ends up in Fallen MC as collateral, because her father owns them money (The f**ker! Give me a gun. Now!). It's not her first trip like this. So, she knows that she shouldn't show any fear and weaknes. She stand strong before club. Which makes them accept her more than theirs collateral. She's funny, sweet, friendly, brave and sincere with them. No hidden agendas. She earns their respect. She become one of them.Nicole meets there Duke, VP of Fallen MC. He raises inside her feelings she never felt before. She wants him. Wants him to help her fulfill her dream, she had for a long time. To have a reall family.Duke is...Well, he's typical biker. Loves brotherhood of the club, free live, free ride and free pu**y. He never wanted to settle down. To have old lady. But that changes when he meets the stunning green eyes owner. He wants her. And she will be his.I love Duke. Though he tries at first fight these unkwon before feelings, he goes and gets what he wants at the end. And accepts that to say those three words isn't that hard. Nicole is his everything. Before her, the club was his first choice. Always. But now, his priority is Nicole.I love Nicole. She's really strong and amazing character. What I'm annoyed with her about is her d*utcheb*g of a father. She never cut the ties. Even if he always chosen his own a** to safe, instead of his daughter. She didn't wanted to be alone in the world. But now she had Duke & theirs A, J and R (Don't worry. You will understand what I mean when you read this book.). So, Nicole knows she has to cut the ties with her father, if she want to start a new and happy life. Because her father would never change.Which leads to my bristle at the begining. I still can't believe he did IT. And two times! Her own father. I could rave and storm about it for hours. I probably would be much calmer if I could shot him. After beating him to death of course.Christ, just read this book. Go find out everything I missed to say. Be ready to be captivated by Duke, be in fury when u get to the parts about Nicoles father, be charmed by Musketeers and other club members.

After the last MC book I read I was thinking I might lay off for awhile. I had one fall into my lap that looked promising with an average 4.09 rating on GR. I did keep my expectations low. It wasn’t bad. It did have a plot that been used countless times though. Nicole, the h, is taken as collateral by The Fallen MC for debts her asshole Dad owes. Duke, VP of the club falls for her (kind of an insta-love moment but not as bad as it could have been), as does the entire club. Club whores cause major issues, a rival club is being difficult, her Dad continues to be a douche. It’s a book that’s been written before and it was fairly easy to predict each little crisis. That being said, I didn’t hate the book. At times, I even liked it.Nicole was a pretty decent h. She didn’t panic when she woke up after being abducted. She knew the system and played things smart. Her only TSTL action was not distancing herself from her Dad, but it’s understandable since he is her only family.Duke was hot, alpha, and had no problem using the club whores until he started things up with Nicole. He never really had any alpha asshole moments so that was kind of refreshing. I did have one WTF moment (view spoiler)[Why the hell would you name a baby after the rival club? That bugged the shit out of me(hide spoiler)]It had a great epilogue and a couple setups for future books. It wasn’t the Holy Grail of biker books I’ve been looking for by a long shot, but it didn’t make me want to throw my iPad either. I’ll take that as a win.

This was a very tame light read book with all the feel good qualities. Sweet, true love, hearts and flowers blah.. blah..blah I wanted to puke. Very predictable with a solid storyline foundation. Just because I didn't care for it doesn't mean you won't fall in love with it! You may decide its an excellent book, so on that bases alone I'd say give it a chance.

I read this book with the Kindle Unlimited program thinking it would be just another cookie cutter MC romance and not a keeper. I was wrong. The usual theme of the daughter of an enemy MC president being held as collateral has been played out in many books. The author took that theme and drew me into the developing relationship between Nicole and Duke and I didn’t want the story to end. The heroine is strong and has some backbone. There are some quite interesting characters that I look forward to reading about. I like the author’s writing style and her ability to draw you into the feelings and lives of the characters but most of all make you wish the book had been just a little bit longer. Great love story. I will definitely be reading the next one in the series.

Man, the grammar in this one drove me up the walls. And this coming from a person for which English is her third language is saying something.Grammar issues aside, this was too tame, too perfect, too insta-love for an MC book. Or for my taste.

great book. i'm not a grammar nazi usually but i noticed quite a number of spelling errors throughout the whole book. the only thing that really bothered me was the 'your' thing. i think authors are supposed to be able to differentiate between 'you're' and 'your' haha. other than that, it was good. this book had a little bit of (view spoiler)[insta-love (hide spoiler)] going on but mc books are my guilty pleasures so i guess i'm okay with that. and i love a good epilogue.

Just finished reading this book, and I'M IN LOVE!Due to some of the reviews I read prior to reading this book, I wasn't sure how I felt about it, so let's just say I went in reading this book with not the best expectations. But.. my mind was changed dramatically within the first chapter.I really liked how we jumped straight into the intense part within the first few pages of chapter 1, that's something I haven't seen before, sure I've read books where things get intense very quickly, but not like this, and it's something I really enjoyed about this book, it was fast paste, but it worked really well. I loved the relationships between all the characters, and the raw emotions they all shared together, there were times I personally, felt like I was right there along with them all, experiencing and feeling the things they were. At time's I wanted to yell at my Ipad screen due to some of the things that happened to Nicole, and just hug her! But.. then reality hit me hard across the face and I soon realised that I was indeed, just reading a book off of a screen, with made up characters who aren't real, and whom I sadly can't hug.. opps!I loved how inlove Duke and Nicole are, it was a fast kind of "insta love", which I don't normally like, but in this case I felt it worked for them. They stuck together, and really had each others backs through a lot of things. Annnnd yes, they had a fair few steamy moments, which, come on, who doesn't love a few of those ;) I thought Razor was great and often was the light and funny side of this book during some parts (which I won't give away, you'll just have to read the book instead), but I really admired the bond between himself and his real brother, Duke, they more often then not made me smile a lot. I thought the approach on all the characters as individuals was really well put together, everyone was involved and mentioned quite a lot and there was a fair bit of back round about everyone so we knew who they were and who they were with, we got to see heaps of everyone and really see how much they all took in Nicole, and how they were all there for each other threw thick and thin. I would have liked to have seen perhaps a bit of a back round story of Nicole and her dad (UGGH THAT MAN MADE ME ANGRY!!), and to properly see how they got in the position they ended up in, and how things went so down hill. I also would have liked to have seen a bit more of the Old Ladies, they were mentioned a bit, but again, to see a bit more of them as they too lightened up the book with funny parts. I really loved everyone in this book, obviously apart from Helen and her ugly crew, and the rival MC, UUUGGGHH, but other than them, I really grew close to everyone else, the relationships and bonds between all the guys was so tight and loyal, and how they protected everyone that was their own. The love and even friendship between Duke and Nicole was so sweet, and it made me happy that they hardly had massive fights or even arguments, there was no cheating or anything and I felt that was what made this book all the better.Over all, I loved this book, and I can't wait to read more in this series, it was a quick and smooth read for me, and very much enjoyed it all. Happy Reading,Tahlia, xoxo.

Rating Clarification:2.5 StarsI wanted to give this a solid 3 star rating however, this story had a few holes and was too much of a TELL me story instead of a SHOW me story. What I liked:1. All the guys and old ladies in The Fallen MC2. The relationship between Nicole and Duke3. The idea behind the story -though it didn't full pan out for me4. The epilogue5. All of the pregnant parts of the story6. DUKE7. Always a couple8. No CheatingWhat didn't work for me and/or was left unresolved:1. What happened to Nicole's mom?2. What's the deal with Bianca and Chloe?3. What happened to the club sluts? (We can guess but it's never fully wrapped up)4. What happened to Wrath? (We can guess but it's never fully wrapped up)5. Too many parts were skimmed, skipped or straight out summarized. I was excited to read this book. It was a bit different from all of the other MC books I've read...which is like probably 75 or more? This book started off really great however, it slowly went down hill from there. Too many parts were told to us- especially parts with the couple. That took away from the connection the reader could make with the couple. Also, a lot of the club stuff was way too quick or skipped over- especially the runs that the guys made. My biggest problem was, this story didn't truly focus on the parts it should have with Nicole and her being kidnapped yet AGAIN. She was a tough cookie but it definitely didn't go as I thought it would, and when most of her captivity was skipped over and we just learned she had been there for 10 weeks? I was baffled. I thought we would be reading more about her horrible conditions. Instead she's becoming part of the MC family. I'm glad the MC was a great place to end up but, it wasn't how I thought it would go from the way it started.

3 Stars I wasn't too sure about this book when I first started reading it.. Expecially when she is basically like the clubs slave because her dad is a major asshole, but it really suprised me because I thought it was gonna be where she was basically like a club whore. I'm glad that even though she was in that mess because of her dad they still treated her decently. That's what really got me into this book after the first two chapters because I knew that if it was going to be like that then I wouldn't continue on with the book. The only things that really bugged me with this book was (view spoiler)[that after two days of meeting each other was that they have unprotected sex! Like really!? Come on, you'd think they'd be smarter then that. (hide spoiler)] There was also a lot of Grammer mistakes in here like 'to' was always spelt 'yo' and then they got the yours, you're and yous messed up a couple of times. I wish we got to see a little bit more of their relationship ship development instead of skipping ahead 12 weeks (or something like that) to where they are basically already a couple and sleeping together every night, but other than that it was actually a decent book. :)

This is a story about a girl, Nicolle, being given by her dad to mc clubs as collateral for his debts (let me tell you this is not o.k.)and having been put through this quite a few times she knows how to deal, and deal she does well. While she is with the Fallen MC she meets Duke. He is an uber alpha male and when they get together and they get together very quickly (which was o.k. with me) wow things get steamy. I really liked this book but I will tell you what kept me from giving it 5 stars. Some of the situations were a little unreall for me such as (view spoiler)[getting pregnant with triplets and then delivering them on your own (in some way) (hide spoiler)]. That was really what stopped me from giving a 5 star vote.
