4 Freckles, you're my heart stars!"This is me, I'm an asshole. I'm a jerk. I say the wrong thing at the wrong time. I always have and always will...but, Freckles, you're the only woman that will get me. Do you understand?"Aaah Adam! Loved him! But the man needed a good whollup upside the head a few times! He made up for it though by being all growly, possessive and loving, so all is forgotten! Can you say whipped??? Yep! Adam was whipped the minute he set his eyes on Mia! Every other woman he'd ever been with paled in comparison when he saw her! He's finally found the woman he can spend the rest of his life with, the mother of his children! As long as he can convince her to stay with him. Well she better stay with him or else! How did a guy get that big? I mean, he was tall, but I'd seen plenty of tall guys before. Shit, I was five-three, so most women were taller than me, but lover boy here was tall and his body wide, and his stomach was ripped, and his shoulders were broad, and he had that v-thingy at his hips, and...Okay so I normally don't have patience to deal with feisty, spit-fire heroines, but I couldn't help but love Mia! She's strong, doesn't take crap from anyone and she's hopelessly in love with Adam. When they first meet she realises he's a player, so she's weary and guards her heart around him. But she soon realises, this man is serious. He wants her and he'll do whatever he can to keep her. Finally she has what she's always wanted someone to love her back, a family, somewhere she belongs. She feels cared for.Final ThoughtsYes Thor, I have to agree! I want more! Loved the story, Loved the characters! I only took a star off because Mia's insecurities started to grate on my nerves. Mia, you're hot, please just get that into your head! Stop second guessing everyone's comments! They can't all be lying! Adam, love ya! Geez and that Missy biatch! Someone has to slap her or else! Now Lynda, about Alfredo....ARC kindly provided by author in return for an honest review.

This book picks up EXACTLY where book2 left off. Adam is in a rush to get to his wife, Mia after getting an emergency call from her SHOCKING his friends and family as he takes off without so much as a look back.“I won’t sleep without you,” he rasped. “Never again, Mia. Be pissed at me, be disappointed in me, be sad, but do all that stuff while you’re in my arms. I need to feel what you’re going through. You hurt, I hurt.” -AdamAdam and Mia married young it’s been six years since they separated after Mia comes face to face with a devastating discovery that leaves two broken hearts crushed in its path. These two are thrown together by circumstances and old feelings of pain, lust and heartache surface. Underneath it all these two still love each other. And now that Adam has her back in his life he has no plans to let her go again.First of all ladies with AdamEnough Said! This man exudes sexiness he is an all out cockily alpha male and I know you will love him just as much as I did. The only issue I had with him was…well he F's up and then he turns around and F’s up again. *throws hands up in the air in exasperation*‘Mia wouldn’t say one word and she hadn’t since I got back in the vehicle. No matter how many times I tried to apologize, she wouldn’t even look at me.I didn’t blame her.I fucked up. Again. But I hadn’t meant to.Again. I needed a goddamn muzzle over my mouth.’In truth you really do need to be patient with him. In both instances I could totally empathize with Mia and I completely understand why she felt he way she did 100%.Mia was a fiercely gorgeous redhead who took shit from NOBODY. She never hesitated to put someone in their place if she felt as though they stepped out of line. You will love her!Be prepared as two very bull headed severely stubborn people crash in to one another. She wants out. He wants in. Literally. 3.75 to 4 tumultuous, bitches be crazy stars!! First off, the cover. Ah-mah-zing! The best cover out of the three and I loved the first one, but this cover right here is gorgeous!!Second, loved the note at the beginning of the book. It sets the tone for what the book is all about. You know right there and then that this book is going to take on a roller-coaster of emotions. It will piss you off, confuse you and more importantly, make you fall in love. If it hadn't been for that note, I would have a different response to this story. So, with that said, let's start with the review shall we?Adam, Enough Said is a story about two people who married very young, made tons of mistakes along the way and paying for those mistakes. Some of their mistakes are pretty standard; miscommunication, misunderstanding, jealously. Some could be avoided, some not so much but all in all, it makes for some very interesting read to say the least. What worked for me...- Adam. Enough said. I'm not just talking about the title of the book but the man itself. He's gorgeous, brash, cocky and he says the wrong things 99% of the time but he's adorably sweet. "This is me. I'm an asshole. I'm a jerk. I say the wrong thing at the wrong time. I always have and always will...but, Freckles, you're the only woman that will get me. Do you understand?"After his initial f*ck up, he went out of his way to make Mia his once again. And he calls her (view spoiler)[Freckles, (hide spoiler)] which is adorable. Boy, the things he says...LoL! If you're easily offended, then Adam isn't for you because this guy is just out there. I have to admit there had been many times I wanted to slap him and wash his mouth with detergent because of the things he said but I fell in love with his character anyway. The dual POV worked for me as well. We get to spend time in both Adam and Mia's head. Of course, I'd rather be in Adam's than Mia but I'm glad I get to see things from both their perspective. - The secondary characters in this order...LaylaLandyn,Layla,Layla.I mean, can we have a book about Layla or better yet, can I adopt her? I love that kid. And his dad. Can I have Landyn, too? Please? - The sex. Whew! This book is hot. This book has the most graphic sex scenes out of the three, probably because Adam has real dirty mind and, angry sex is always hot and Adam and Mia has lots of those. What didn't least for me...- Mia. I know I should feel more sympathy towards her knowing that she has had a hard life but for the love of God, the woman drove me nuts. She's too insecure and she always, always jump to the wrong conclusion. She's feisty, I give her that and I appreciate it but please, Mia, stop and think first before you act, okay? She goes on accusing Adam and didn't even listen to his explanation. Sure, he made a mistake but Mia just took the drama to a whole new level. That would have been okay for me if I sense a growth in her character but I never did. She remained the same. She just didn't do it for me. - Eric. Yeah. I don't even want to waste space in my review for Mia's gay best friend. He's as bad as Mia, if not worse. He's just a waste of time really. Final thoughtsOverall, I really like Adam's story. We get to know more of him and his character did grow a lot during the course of the book. I would say, out of the three, this would be my second favorite. Lexy, Baby is still my favorite but in terms of MCs, Adam is the best for me, even better than Landyn, IMO. So if you're looking for angst and drama, Adam, Enough Said more than delivers both. Favorite line...“You’re such an asshole. After six years, you’re still the same asshole!” “No, after six years, I’m still your asshole. That’s why you’re so pissed. Because you’re just now realizing you could have been with me this whole time.”["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>

    * ARC provided by the Author in exchange for an honest review*'Adam, Enough Said' was the best one in the series to date. The anger, the angst and the passion all sucked me in that I read it in one sitting. At some points I got so frustrated with the lack of communication that I considered doing harm to my kindle!I LOVED MIA, as a heroine she was....The things Adam put her through!! I wanted to kill him at some points, he was lovable, loving, tender, protective and at the same time a complete ass! He did some things that had me wanting to pull my hair out, too bad Mia and I loved him so...He always did and said the wrong thing, but somehow managed to make up for it after the fact. How he pulled it off, I had no idea. Maybe it was that stupid baby face, or his smooth, deep voice, or his piercing green eyes. Why he never said or did the right thing to begin with, I’d never know. The road to HEA for these two wasn't an easy one, but it was a journey I enjoyed taking with them.5 STARS

I like Lexi. I loved Trish. But Boy, Oh Boy! Adam will live forever in my heart. Not gonna lie, there were many times I wanted to slap him. Or run him over with my car for that matter but I loved him nonetheless. I had the opportunity to meet Lynda and she is the sweetest little thing ever. Like I wanna put her in my pocket to carry her everywhere kinda sweet. And she's one talented and humble young lady. Adam made me cry and laugh. And in one moment I felt like I had an elephant sitting on my chest eating M&M's. I thought I was gonna have a heart attack. Great book. Awesome characters and a story line that is what every reader looks for.

I was anticipating this book for months b/c I am a huge fan of this author. Unfortunately, there were a lot of things that I didn't like. For example, the h is super annoying; she accuses the H of sleeping with every women she sees or hears about. Plus, she has no self-esteem so she is always talking about how she is not pretty or attractive which causes people around her to go out of their way to tell her how gorgeous she is. There is a point where Lex says she would be attracted to the h if it wasn't for Trish. This statement didn't sound like Lex at all. The pattern for most of this book was: h would get angry and accuse the H of sleeping around, he would soothe her with talks about his devotion to her, she would see a girl from his past and storm away, then get angry and accuse the H of sleeping around, etc. The h was somewhat unstable. When she firsts meets the H she has no problem giving him attitude and despite her past I couldn't feel sorry for her. At one point, she takes a knife and starts slashing the couches. I never saw her as vulnerable because she would pout or sulk when she didn't get her way. She made everything about herself. The H left the h alone for 6 years even though they were still married and he knew where she lived. I never understood why he stayed away for so long and then decides to pursue her so strongly. I liked the H and felt sorry for him because the h was constantly giving him such a hard time. However, I strongly disagree with him throwing out her birth control pills without her knowledge. I thought considering what she had been through he would show more sensitivity. My favorite parts of the story were seeing the characters from the previous books. I also liked the end where things pick up and we get some suspense. I am really really interested in Hazel Eyes. This character sounds amazing and I want him to get his own book. I think a story with Breena and Johnny sounds ok but I really don't care for the crazy ex-girlfriend storyline. It most often goes into Jerry Springer territory like this book did. In sum, I thought this book was ok but I liked the others in this series more. That being said, I am still a huge fan of Ms. LeeAnne and will continue to read her books.

Definitely 5Stars!!!What I thought about Adam...Yes, yes, I think you're adorable too.You growl, cuddle, and nuzzle a lot (sigh). You're affectionate, you're overprotective, you're arrogant, you're a cop, you even cook, you have a V-thingy! Enough said! LOL! :D You can be all that but you can be a mean asshole sometimes, though you always say you're sorry. (Not an excuse but it's a start. nobody's perfect.) :)What I thought about Mia...She's a feisty little redhead. I think it's kind of cute that she doesn't have a clue how beautiful she is, but it can be annoying to a point where she tends to be insecure. She has a temper and jumps into conclusions...a lot. Best lines/scenes for me..."Never again, Mia. Be pissed at me, be disappointed in me, be sad, but do all that stuff while you're in my arms. I need to feel what you're going through. You hurt, I hurt.""Baby, are you okay?" (view spoiler)[she asked and I closed my eyes to savor the endearment. She didn't say it often, but when she did, I loved it. (hide spoiler)]...What I thought about the ssssex scenessss...DA-YUM! Hahaha! Let me just put it this way... (view spoiler)[so much passion bottled up and they haven't been "with" each other for six years. come on! (hide spoiler)] :)Final ThoughtsThe whole flashbacks and dual POVs, it really worked for me. I really love the story and you'll definitely fall in love with the characters as well.I read this book in one day. That's how good it is. :D So, if you're into contemporary romance, men in uniform, feisty redheads, good cop/bad cop, angry sex/make up sex--Adam, Enough Said is definitely it! 3.5 stars!I liked this one but...I don't know, it was a little too much for me. Adam takes being an asshole to a whole new level (so extreme at times I didn't think I'd be able to get passed it). Mia is a nice girl but sometimes she came off as a little too crazy for me, and when it was in Adam's POV she came off as really bitch at times and had me wondering what he saw in her that he was so "obsessed" with. I'm usually not one to complain about much but the fact that they were separated for 6 FREAKING YEARS just because they never talked things out just pissed me off. To not be together because of something that could have been fixed in one conversation but both characters were too stubborn was just annoying. One thing that I never doubted though was that they both loved each other very much. Regardless of what I think of the characters, the love they had for each other was so deep shit. I guess I'm just a little disappointed because I really enjoyed the previous books in the series but for some reason this book just didn't have the same feel for me as the others. I can't explain it but sometimes I'd be reading and thinking "what the hell am I reading?" "I don't remember Adam or Mia coming across like this in the previous books". Like I said before, I liked it and I'll definitely be reading the next one in the series but this book was a bit of a let down for me. Enough Said.

Joint Reviewed on: So how much were we dying for Adam’s book Jenny? We’ve loved him since Lexi Baby and could not wait for his turn right! Our hot cop with the filthy mouth and that protective and cocky presence made us swoon right?Jenny: Oh he certainly did G. I’ve had a HUGE crush on Adam all through this series and couldn’t wait to get stuck into his story and what a presence this man is! Come on….a filthy mouth, alpha hot cop…well, what can we say? heheGitte: So, we get to learn a lot more about Adam and I have to say I loved his relationship with his Mum. My heart may have melted a few times. What is it about men who love their Mums? Adam is so cocky and determined. He’s rude, crude and opinionated but you can’t help but fall for him.“This is me. I’m an asshole. I’m a jerk. I say the wrong thing at the wrong time. I always have and always will…but, freckles, you’re the only woman that will get me…” – AdamHe’s a bumbling mess at time in his actions and what he says, but his heart is good.“I know you don’t need or want my help…BUT I FUCKIN’ WANT YOU! Just you!” – AdamAs for Mia, well can you spell F-E-I-S-T-Y? Wow…..she really does make her presence felt and you want to high five her on several occasions. At the same time though I wanted to hit her over the head with a reality check too.Through switching between past and present we learn about Adam and Mia, their marriage and the crux of their problems and wow did they have problems. So many errors of judgements based on a single misunderstanding which was quite sad. It drove me crazy and I screamed at my kindle several times.“I’d blamed her for leaving me, but I knew all along that it was because I’d pushed her too far.”Both are stubborn, SO stubborn and extremely loud about it, yet both are trying to protect a broken heart that still loves. It really was quite sad and I felt for them both. But….how many times can you be frustrated by the sheer lack of talking between couples before it becomes old? It did grate on me at times as it went to the extreme and so much heart ache could have been avoided. But hey, that’s part of fiction right.“You belong to me, Mia. The marriage certificate I have locked away in my safe says you do…”I thought it was real sad that two people who clearly love the bones of each other spent so much time apart. And how telling was it by the fact that neither through all the years forced the divorce!Did you feel the same Jenny?Jenny: Hmmm Mia tested me that’s for sure! Yes, part of me admired her stubbornness and feistiness but there was a big part of me that really did want to give her a bit of a slap every now and then. I wanted them both to get a grip and realise the mis-communication going on. It really was a case of he said/she said and I wanted to lock them both in a room and yell “LISTEN”. But…that angst is what keeps us turning the pages and seeing just how these two were going to work through this.It certainly kept me on my toes, entertained and I alternated between shouting, swooning, giggling and fanning! Adam? Well, he is divine. Enough said!Gitte: Adam, Enough Said is a real entertaining read. It’ll make you peeved off sure, but it will also make you swoon, laugh and quite emotional at times. I really enjoyed the drama and loved the last few chapters, I just had a few niggles with the fluidity of the past/present and the backwards and forwards fighting between Mia and Adam.“My world began and ended with you.” – Mia“I won’t sleep without you….Never again Mia. Be pissed at me, be disappointed in me, be sad, but do all that stuff while you’re in my arms. I need to feel what you’re going through. You hurt, I hurt.” – AdamARC Provided by author in exchange for an honest review

I can't help myself; I love this series. Most of that love is left over from book one which is a favorite of mine. However, Adam's book didn't disappoint and I once again felt the spark Lynda LeeAnne gave us the first time around in This Can't be Happening. Not only did we finally figure out complicated Adam, we got to catch up with our favorite crew and were allowed a glimpse of their future.Lexi & Lan are a tough act to follow, but I definitely enjoyed this story much more than Trish & Tony's tumultuous ride to an HEA. In short, I consumed it and didn't want it to end. This author continues to challenge the rules of forgiveness and somehow convinces the reader (or just me) to take a closer look at a flawed character. Second chances are a consistent theme in her stories and her take on redemption has pushed my boundaries. And, I like it. AND - I am very hopeful this isn't the end of it. The little tease on the last page gives me hope for another jerky Houston hero who will against our better judgment win our hearts *fingers crossed*.

All I want to do with this book is rewrite it! Adam is an abusive, rude asshole and I really wish that Mia wasn't portrayed as a brainless woman who ran back to him so easily! In the rewrite, Mia would dump Adam for being a lying asshole (view spoiler)[ who played a huge role in her losing the baby!(hide spoiler)] She'd get a lawyer via legal aid and divorce him immediately. Then meet a nice, good guy and move on with her life. This author seems to like writing seriously abusive men and women that just fall in lust with their gorgeous bodies and therefore lose their brains and just accept it. I really with authors would stop writing books like this and romantisizing abusive relationships.

There will be goats.Yes, I’m spoiling this book. There are sweet and adorable goats here. There are also wicked tough hot women, over-the-top alpha men (sometimes many in the same room together) way more swearing than should be healthy to read (but yet so much fun), scorching hot sex every 20 or so pages and at least one psychotic ex (hey, it wouldn’t be a Lynda Leanne book without the heroine having a whack job in her life – and honestly, this one makes Ryan look like a paradigm of stability – you should know this if you read Lexi Baby, and if you didn’t, then SHAME – go do so now). I mean, really, doesn’t every woman have a psycho in her life? Or maybe just in Houston…Also, I HATE DESTINY! Yes, she has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with Adam or Mia, but since this is a Lynda Leanne book, I feel morally obligated to say bad things about her.I love the women in her series. They’re all hot as hell, fiery hot in fact, and even when they’re miserable – which is a lot - they make me laugh – as in, I will spit my food and drink kind of laughing. And I will admit, though I am straight…I have a Man Crush on Adam. I also have one on Lan (Tony, not so much). These guys are adorable. Adorable you say? Yes. They’re just like giant 9-year olds. Who have sex. A lot. They also never let you play with your toys – or women. So it’s like grade school for grown ups. Grown up alpha wannabees such as myself. This lady just writes the best book crack. It’s almost sad how all life must cease when I pick up her books. Therefore, she must quite her day job (if she has one) ASAP and start cranking out more books. Once every two months should do it. That’s all I ask. Is that too much to ask? And, since I mention this book in someone else’s review, I have to make mention here:If, after reading “Adam”, you are going through Super Woman/Alpha withdrawal, fear not. Read Harper Sloan’s “Axel”, which is the first in a new series, with the next coming 9/16/13. Tough women. Alpha males. Psycho exes. No goats, but body piercings. What’s not to like? Then before you know it, you’ll have two amazing series to read!

This cant be happening series3.75 series StarsI first started writing the reviews for the individual books but then I realized all three book s are the same with character name changes I think the first book is rated the highest because the story is fresh there. Each book has completely yummy alpha males who talk dirty and sex scenes are hot all over the place! But every story reads like this: Man likes girlMC’s have some old issues that surfaceFucks up Girl takes guy back Girl is pregnantEnd of book There was like a huge pregnancy pact that must have occurred. Also the books start in high school or early college so there is that level of immaturity. It seems each girl had to face and overcome an obstacle. I think the books would have been better condensed. Apparently there is a 4th book but I don’t see myself finishing out this series. I think the female characters in this series just put the nail in the coffin for me because all of the authors men are PERFECT !!!

4.5 Stars ***When I read the first book in this series "Lexi, Baby" I thought the book had potential and a few great moments but in "Adam, Enough Said" WOW!! Ms LeeAnne hit a home run with this installment. The story of Adam and Mia was a perfect blend of swoon, humor, angst, and steam. Adam was All Alpha Awesomeness (AAA) and Mia "his little red headed terrorist " (I love that little term of endearment) was a spitfire who had vulnerable moments but still managed to raise hell on a regular basis. The author impressed me with her way of using alternating points of view to explain all of Adam's a**hole moments and through it all reminding the reader how totally devoted he was to Mia.A true test of a story's ability to captivate me is when I find my stomach clenching and the emotions are rolling around in my gut. It definitely passed the gut check test. This was a well done story and one I highly recommend!

BITCHES BE CRAZYI loved this book, shit l love this series!!! I can't wait to read more, there has to be more maybe Johnny story is going to be next i mean with that ending i would think so. Freaking missy always ruining things! So im thinking Johnny and breena's story may be next. I'm hoping there's more to this series! AND WHO IS THIS HAZEL EYES!! I mean i know who he is but what's his story will he eventually get one!! Questions questions??!!I loved Adam. We got to see the sensitive but still very alpha side of him. We only saw the sarcastic arrogant side and now we know why he was the way he was. And mia i loved her spunk and her smart remarking self! She didn't back down to Adam no matter how intimidating he got. They have been through a lot. Pain, heartache, misery but they were also so in love with each other. This was fucking awesome! Definitely recommend this series!Full review to come..."MY HEART, FRECKLES. I FUCKING LOVE YOU."

I've been hooked to the This Can't Be Happening series from the very first book when we met Landyn and Lexi and every book has been amazing so far. But Lynda LeeAnne hit it out of the park with her latest in the series, Adam, Enough Said. This book really showcases this Lynda's growth as an author and a story teller. I've been waiting anxiously for Adam's story since the very beginning and she DID NOT disappoint. She not only did Adam's story justice, but she also introduced us to one of my favorite lead female characters of 2013. If Adam himself didn't already make this story amazing then Mia did. If there's one thing I love more than a strong hero it's an even stronger heroine... Thank you Lynda, for writing a female that doesn't have a weak bone in her body!

4.5 stars.... This was the best of the three books in this series. I loved the beginning if their relationship and how they met... Then it takes an emotional turn. I was so tore up emotionally while reading what these two were going through and I felt so sorry for both of them. There was so much miscommunication and Adam did and said some stupid shit but like he said... Bitches be crazy!!But I still loved that Landyn was around still saying "Lexi, Baby"....

Best. One. Yet.Adam Bryant definitely makes the Hot Alpha Males list. I'm guessing the next book is Breena and Johnny with a side of crazy Missy. But I wonder about Alfredo aka Hazel Eyes. Hmmmm...

I really love and ache for the tragic and painful journey of the love story between uber hotness sexy cop Sgt. Adam Bryant and Mia Dayes Bryant. I like how the story go back and forth to give us the proper glimpse into the beginning of their relationship and how and why it went wrong six years ago. I knew that Adam have love someone in the past and it was a painful experience for him that he can't seem to get over with her no matter how many women he had since but I had no idea that someone was an estrange wife named Mia the redheaded terrorist...hehehe. When they were thrown in each others paths again it was brimming with hurt and longing it was simply painful to see this two being miserable without each other for years because of a misunderstanding and pride. Adam adored Mia from the beginning and we see how he loves her deeply even to the point of being overprotective. Sure he makes a lot of mistakes but it was not always intentional and he can be overbearing that Mia was just feisty and love him enough to put up with his sh*t. Mia is no doormat though she is not afraid to get down and get dirty when someone pissed her off that much and tell them what she really thinks except when it comes to Adam, she gets all this negative thoughts that she always end up having low self esteem issues. Seriously, she keeps putting herself down of why she thinks Adam f*cks around her and that she can't make him happy. I am glad that Adam finally man up and did what he should have done years ago and made Mia listen to reason and let him explain the truth the good and bad. It took sometime for this two to learn to trust each other because there is still a lot of hurt from their past and it festered into anger and resentment. But the love is still there and Adam was just so sweet when he really puts his mind into it. That was the side of him that I adore the most, he obviously adores Mia who was still in the state of denial that things will never work out between them. Mia is being stubborn most of the time and knows how to really push Adam's buttons that makes him react badly. But despite that it didn't stop him in doing everything he can to win back his wife and make her stay for good this time. Their banter is making sparks every time and when they melt in each others arms it was pretty steamy. I do enjoy this installment the most from this series. The next one seems to be the story of Johnny and that stripper girl (sorry i forgot her name). I don't know if i would be interested to read their story though. They didn't make such an impact to me to make me curious about their story. What I am interested in is the story of Shannon and the Aussie Vet James ( i hope that was his name sorry i am bad with remembering names) and also the mysterious Hazel Eyes guy Alfredo "Freddy" Lopez now that man is very intriguing and sounds uber dangerous. I really hope he has his own story soon."This isn't fighting, Freckles. This is us" ~ Adam to Mia...*sigh* Mia was right Adam can act the jerk most of the time and yet say the sweetest things in a heartbeat and meant them too. Mia is his heart, his life and he won't apologize if he is being an assh*le in fighting for his wife dirty.

This Review can also be found at**I was given a copy of this book, by the author, in exchange for an honest review.**Synopsis:Our past was painful and a lot of mistakes were made, but that was then - this is now.Mia wants a fight? I'll give her one.She wants to leave me? I'll make her stay. This is our future. She belongs to me.Our past wasn't just painful, it was soul-shattering, and no amount of time will change that.Adam wants a fight? Bring it.He won't let me leave? I'll make him pay. This is my future. I don't belong to him.Follow Adam and Mia’s journey through the deliciously dysfunctional madness they like to call...marriage.Author’s note: This is the third book in the This Can’t be Happening Series, but it can be read as a stand-alone.Author’s warning: Mature content, lots of cussing (as in, A LOT), a five-foot-three, redheaded, terror of a woman and a sexy, possessive, crazy, hot alpha cop. My Review:WOW! I don't know where to start! I was only introduced to this series this week, thanks to the Nerd Girl team... And I so wish I had discovered it sooner!Adam, Enough Said, was a great addition to the This Can't Be Happening series!I was truly captivated by Adam and Mia's story by the end of the first chapter. Lynda LeeAnne has a wonderful talent; you don't just read her words, you really feel them.Whether it was an emotional moment, a wow-hot moment, or an angst filled moment,I could completely connect and empathize with the characters.Adam and Mia's story is filled with mad passion, fiery hate, drama, angst, heartache and loss, and I was with them every step of the way. They made my heart race, my belly flutter and my eyes water!Told from Adam and Mia's POV in alternate chapters, we follow their ups and downs over a 12 year period, 6 of those years in the past. The plot and character development were amazing, no holes or gaps in the story, and everything just fitted into place place, perfectly!Adam is a hot-headed, possessive – bordering on obsessive, very alpha guy, but Mia - although having an air of vulnerability, is sassy, feisty and can definitely give as good as she gets. Together they make an amazing couple.I absolutely loved this book, and I'm crossing my fingers that there will be at least another one to add to the series … Maybe Breena and Johnny's story? And Hazel Eyes? I want to know more about him too, something about him just makes my pulse race! Who knows … But, I do know, I'll be keeping a look out for Lynda LeeAnne's future works!

Well I saw this book a while ago, read some reviews and just said "HELL NO". I don't know what happened but I saw this on a rec page and bought it.Adam and Mia had a crazy past. A crazy, dramatic, angsty past. I'll continue without spoiling too much. Adam was 23 when he met the 18 year old Mia. They fell in love and got married. Because of Adam's jobs it created some problems for them in the marriage. They separated for 6 years because of this, no not divorced because Adam rejects all the divorce papers Mia sends to him. That is what we read about in the present. 6 years later and how their relationship continues.I would say Adam is a very alpha male. I mean he wouldn't divorce Mia, so he did have some kind of hold over her for 6 years. He just did not want to let her go. I do have to rant a little about the past now.(view spoiler)[Adam was I believe a cop 6 years ago. He had a lower position than what he does now. but at the time he was given a case that would boost his position in that field. THis case was what screwed their relationship over. Now what I thought was "Why on earth would you even take that case in the first place??" I think the case was something about prostitution and having one of the strippers be an informant for him. SO he had to go to the strip club frequently. It doesn't sound too bad, but the thing is he has a pregnant wife at home.Even if it is just a case why would you leave your pregnant wife to go to a strip club??? It just does not sound right. At least he is aware of his mistakes it took freakin 6 years for him to live his punishment.this book does contain a lot of guilt tripping though, and I must admit, if you did something wrong you deserve some guilt trippin' buddy.(hide spoiler)]cheating?? (view spoiler)[ read my other spoiler it'll explain everything. There technically was not CHEATING, but even if the kiss between Breena and Adam was business only, it is still something you don't want to see your loved one doing.(hide spoiler)]["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>

Cheyenne‘s review posted on Guilty Pleasures Book ReviewsReview copy provided for an honest review4.5 STARSI had been waiting for Adam’s story since I finished Trish, Just Trish and let me say it was worth the wait! I loved Adam, there is more to him than what we have been shown in the first two books. Can he be an ass, yep he sure can but honestly what man can’t be, but he is also determined and stubborn when it comes to the wife he let get away. Did he screw up in mass proportion? He is a male, what do you think? Does he work his way into your heart, yep he sure does. Trust me if you aren’t a fan of Adam in the previous books you will be after you read his.Mia, holy shit she is a fire cracker for sure and I love her and her personality. I loved how she was sweet as pie to everyone else but Adam and it drove him insane. For a second there I thought she might shoot him in the ass with his own gun he made her that insane. Her background is very sad so when her and Adam are no longer together it makes you feel her pain even more so. When you find out their story it makes you want to cry because it always seems lack of communication is what can kill a relationship faster than anything else can.I devoured this book, the only thing that would interrupt my reading was when I had to take care of my 2 year old, my poor husband didn’t even get dinner the night I read this. I was so absorbed that I just couldn’t put it down. I love how this series isn’t your typical everything is always perfect romance, it’s more real life as in people make mistakes, sometimes small sometimes so massive that you want to beat them with a baseball bat and scream WTF were you thinking. The author, Lynda Lee Anne, hints that Adam, Enough Said isn’t the end of the This Can’t Be Happening series, and I for one am praying to the book gods that there will be more to come.
