Where Did The Baby Go? (A Little Golden Book) Reviews
I remember my mom reading this book to me as a little girl, so when I was pregnant with my first little girl I made color copies of the pages and hung them around the nursery in bright fun frames. Then as I walked the floor with my little one to get her to sleep, I could read the pages and remember to enjoy the short time when the babies are little. They grow up way to fast!
This is a book about a little girl's journey to find the baby in a photograph. Her mother gives her hints to find the baby, but it isn't until the end that the little girl realizes she is the baby in the photograph.
This was one of my favorites as a child.
Another one of my childhood favorites that is every bit as sweet to revisit as an adult!
One of the first books I read, if not the first...
A favorite from childhood. I enjoy reading this to my children now.
I loved this book as a child. Beautifully illustrated by Eloise Wilkin.
One of my favorite books when I was young. I enjoyed the young girl's discovery that she was no longer a baby, which coincided with my own sense of being a big girl, able to read books on my own.
